Take one part French-Irish and equal part Afro-Cuban heritage, add the eclectic influences of a foster childhood that included constantly changing environments and kitchens–including Italian-American, Haitian, Latin and African cultural and culinary influences, stir in achieved dual certification - "CIA PROCHEF" from The Culinary Institute of America and "Chef de Cuisine" from The American Culinary Federation, fold in a lifelong passion for cooking and food, and blend.
